It doesn’t even deserve a half star for the evaluation!!! Horrible experience. My immobilier agence told me to contact them for boiler maintenance. The technician went on Thursday morning, did some cleaning and checking. After he left, the boiler started leaking like a tap! So I called their service number again, the phone operator arranged a RDV in the afternoon. So the technician went here again and checked, found out a little piece (I do not know what) was broken (caused by his “maintenance” in the morning probably because before this it was all fine during 6months)and changed it. On Friday, I found the boiler have started dripping AGAIN! Updating: as you can see from the manager reply, they indeed sent the technician again to “fix” it but it seems to be keeping dripping for a whole month still lightly and annoyingly!!!!

The worst service in the world ! Is it difficult for this company to hire some people to care the customers??? My agency sent them an email to fix our boiler, but they did not care. I call them back around 100 times, but no one is responding the phone. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

the boiler shows error 103 for second time this year and doesent work.called the service in thursday 05/12 and waited more than one hour to be redirected to an operator . i was told a technician will come in saturday 07/12 afternoon and nobody comes. sunday they dont work no way to contact them.have to wait till monday to be able to call again and wait for one hour on the line to explain what happened and wait if someone comes.till then no heating no hot water.

Un grand merci à Samy de la société İzi confort ! C’est la première fois, en trois ans que j’occupe mon logement, qu’un technicien prend autant le temps de tout expliquer. Il m’a montré en détail le fonctionnement de ma chaudière, les différents réglages, les programmes et même l’intérieur de l’installation. Tout était clair, précis et super pédagogique. On sent vraiment qu’il est passionné par son métier et qu’il aime transmettre ses connaissances. En plus d’être très professionnel, il a un excellent sens du contact humain, ce qui rend l’échange encore plus agréable. Franchement, ça fait plaisir de rencontrer des personnes aussi investies et passionnées. Je suis ravie de son intervention et je recommande vivement !
