Very desappointed by the experience I have to say. Wanted to by a "Melaminated Tablette" to be delivered at home. Unable to find anyone in alley way to order it to as either nobody or obviously busy. The store was packed with customers. You then try to do it online, you get an error message, very disfunctional and you're unable to confirm your order because apparently there's an error on what you've just filled. Do you think that in 2021, the online store would highlight the error in order to ease the payment??? Not on their site. Really pathetic!! And looking at what they're posting on their website regarding availability, I was there 30 mins prior and there were at least 15 left!!! I guess they don't need customers!!!!

My worst customer service experience ever. I arrived at 11.45h to pick up a door ordered on the internet. 2 hours later after complaining to staff about how long it was taking, twice, I was finally able to take delivery of the door. Only because one member of staff finally took pity on me. I really was very unimpressed, especially as a system mix up on the internet meant I had to collect the door from Montpellier instead of my local shop, adding a four hour round trip to the experience. When that issue was reported to Leroy Merlin they refused to transfer the door to my local shop or cancel the order, leaving me no choice other than driving to Montpellier to collect. Will I use Leroy Merlin again? I am not sure, I like the products and I am sure there are good staff who want to help. But something is going wrong and I would advise that you use them with caution, especially the internet purchase and collect service at Montpellier.
